These Terms and Conditions govern your use of therealshepard.com, operated by The Real Shepard. By using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

The Real Shepard provides independent travel advisory, itinerary planning, and private aviation brokerage services.

We may assist with private jet charters, African safaris, luxury lodges, cruises, yachts, religious travel, ground transportation, and custom international journeys.

The Real Shepard does not own or operate aircraft, hotels, lodges, vehicles, yachts, cruise ships, or other travel services. Travel is provided by independent operators, carriers, host agencies, outfitters, hotels, and other suppliers.

The applicable supplier is responsible for the operation, safety, pricing, availability, performance, cancellations, and delivery of its services.

2. Private Aviation

The Real Shepard is not a direct air carrier or aircraft operator.

Private aviation services may be arranged through independent charter brokers and licensed air carriers. Additional operator information, pricing, aircraft details, cancellation terms, and required disclosures may be provided before a charter agreement is completed.

Federal rules impose specific disclosure obligations for certain air charter brokerage transactions.

3. Inquiries and Bookings

Submitting a form, calling, emailing, or requesting a consultation does not create a confirmed booking.

We may decline an inquiry when appropriate.

5. Payments, Changes, and Refunds

The website does not currently collect charter payments, travel deposits, or booking balances.

Payments are made to the applicable operator, host agency, supplier, or approved payment processor.

Cancellation, refund, credit, and change policies are determined by the supplier handling the booking. Travelers are responsible for reviewing those policies before confirming travel.
